The Canggu 13 Unit project is a multi-villa design and architecture development by Balinesia Construction, located in Canggu — one of Bali's most established and internationally recognized property markets. Canggu remains a high-demand rental market, with top-performing villas reaching up to 85% occupancy, and the design brief for this 13-unit cluster was built around that commercial reality. The architecture was developed to create a coherent identity across the entire cluster while allowing each villa to feel individual and well-considered.
