Tumbak Bayuh is a village located in the Mengwi district of Badung Regency, situated north of Canggu and close to Pererenan, and is gaining attention as an attractive area for real estate investment due to its serene setting away from bustling tourist hubs. This context informed the design approach: architecture that feels grounded in its surroundings, capturing rice field views and natural light while delivering contemporary comfort.
